A SAS-certified data scientist and professor of business analytics, she has coauthored published research on staff scheduling, workload assignment, and product test scheduling. Her publications also examine business education and technology.

Her scheduling optimization work provided the foundation for StratOptix SCHEDULE. She brings rigorous analytical methods to complex staffing questions, with research examining how organizations balance coverage, cost, skills, availability, and the disruption caused by changing assignments.

Keith combines nearly two decades in plasma operations with product design and development leadership. His experience spans center and multi-site management, staffing, financial planning, operational improvement, and project delivery.

Keith has led the design and development of StratOptix SCHEDULE, translating the daily demands of plasma operations into the tool’s workflows, user interface, and scheduling capabilities. He guides its continued development with a focus on reducing manual tracking, making staffing decisions easier to review, and keeping Center Managers in control.
