Connect the centers to the company.
Plan access, reporting, approved rules and data connections around the way your organization operates.
Explore a sample center and company reporting with StratOptix. Team access follows an agreed pilot.
Keep your centers in view.
Organize centers around your company structure and give leaders a view of the locations they oversee.
Corporate overview
Compare accessible center counts across regions or other field groups. Identify missing center settings and export the directory in the selected view.
Move from the company overview to the centers that need your attention.
Regional workspace
Select a region, district or another configured level to review its centers and saved scheduling results.
Keep regional reviews focused on the locations your team manages.
Operational reporting
Review saved schedule status, evaluation findings, planned labor hours and overtime for authorized centers and selected periods.
Reports use saved evaluations and publications. Centers without current results are identified so leaders can see where follow-up is needed.
Your structure. Your approved rules.
Flexible field structure
Use company, division, region, district, area and center levels as needed. Additional levels can reflect future organizational changes.
Set country, language and time zone at the company level as part of deployment planning.
Roles & access
Separate company membership from permission to view or manage an assigned field area. An approved email alone does not grant company data access.
StratOptix coordinates access with your organization during setup and the pilot.
Company rule profiles
Define reviewed variations in staffing rules and scheduling preferences. Keep mandatory rules separate from preferences and permitted exceptions.
We review approval requirements and local operating rules with your team before deployment.
Start with the systems you already use.
Start with sample exports from your existing systems. We work with your team to check the data and plan file delivery or API connections that fit your requirements.
Training / LMS
Course completion, qualifications, expiration dates and role eligibility.
Time & Attendance
Worked hours, attendance events and actual-versus-scheduled reporting.
HR & workforce
Employee references, home centers, employment status, roles and effective dates.
Time off & availability
Approved leave, unavailable periods and temporary schedule changes.
Arrival & demand data
Aggregated counts by center and time interval, without donor-identifying records.
External HR, training and timekeeping connections are scoped and tested for each deployment. The current demand CSV import is a preview; it does not update scheduling inputs. Automated production feeds require separate integration and validation.
Start small. Expand with confidence.
1. Scope. Agree centers, access roles, company rules and success measures.
2. Validate. Check sample data and scheduling results with your team before using them in a pilot.
3. Pilot. Compare the inputs and manager-reviewed schedules at a small group of centers.
4. Expand. Roll out approved connections, reporting and user training.
StratOptix Schedule · Labor planning
Estimate the value of a staffing scenario.
Set weekly donations, hourly wage, productivity and center count. Compare the modeled paid hours and annual wage value, then save your scenario as a PDF.
DEH = donations ÷ employee hours. Higher is better.
Adjust to your center
Illustrative annual labor-value difference, 1 center
Planning scenario, not measured savings. Actual results depend on coverage requirements, paid hours, and implementation.
How this estimate is calculated
HPD = employee hours ÷ donations. Lower is better. DEH = donations ÷ employee hours. Higher is better. Use the same period and employee group for both metrics.
This scenario uses paid hours for hourly employees. Weekly donations stay fixed. The difference in modeled weekly employee hours is multiplied by the hourly wage and 52 weeks, then by the selected center count.
This is wage value only, excluding benefits, payroll taxes and salaried roles. Every selected center uses the same scenario. Required coverage and company rules still apply. These are planning estimates, not measured savings or a guarantee.
Includes your current inputs and results. In the preview, select Print / save PDF.
